Orosur Mining is listed on both the Venture Market of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX.V) and the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM), and adheres strictly to all requirements and obligations as defined by those markets and the various Canadian federal and state corporate regulators.
Orosur has a strong board of directors, with two independent directors who dominate the audit and remuneration committees.
